We coordinate with you and in combination with your child’s primary and specialty care providers. Your child’s home health care plan is designed according to their individual needs and is reviewed regularly and updated when required. You are a valuable member of the care planning team. Your input and approval are highly important and we welcome your feedback and inquiries at any time.
We offer private duty care services for children with a variety of conditions and special needs requiring monitoring, maintenance, and special equipment. We cater to children with cardiovascular disease, congenital disorders, genetic disorders, renal disorders, and respiratory disorders.
As part of our Private Duty Care for Children, we offer the following services:
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Personal hygiene assistance
- Ventilator management
- Tracheotomy care
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- G-tube feeding
- NG-tube feeding
- Vital signs monitoring
- Patient and family education
- Administering prescribed medications and/or therapies
- Coordinating home medical equipment, supplies, and medication
